The Kerala High Court has lifted the interim ban on the release of the film The Kerala Story 2. With this decision, the path has been cleared for the screening and release of the movie.
According to reports by ABP News, a division bench comprising Justice A. Muhamed Mustaque and Justice P.V. Balakrishnan set aside the earlier single bench order that had imposed a temporary stay on the film’s release. The earlier order had placed a 15-day restriction on the screening of the movie.
Following the High Court’s latest verdict, the interim stay has been removed, allowing the filmmakers to proceed with the release. The decision is being seen as significant amid the ongoing discussions and debates surrounding the film.
