Rolls-Royce CEO Tufan Erginbilgic met with PM Narendra Modi to discuss a strategic roadmap to make India a primary hub for aerospace and defence manufacturing.

At the center of discussions was the plan to significantly scale up India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) — with the vision of making it the largest Rolls-Royce GCC in the world.

The company also discussed co-creating advanced manufacturing ecosystems in high-value engineering, particularly in aerospace propulsion, defence systems, and critical industrial technologies.
