The world’s largest electric car company, ‘Tesla’, is currently going through a major crisis in terms of sales. Tesla’s global sales have drastically decreased, and the sales figure in America has reached its lowest level in the last four years. Under the leadership of Elon Musk, Tesla also launched the cheapest ‘Standard’ derivative of its popular models – Model 3 and Model Y – in many global markets, including India. Still, the company has not been able to halt the significant decline in demand. According to a Cox Automotive report, Tesla’s sales in America fell by about 23% to 39,800 units in November, the lowest figure since January 2021.
