Saudi Arabia has deported around 50,000 Pakistani beggars, once again putting the Shehbaz Sharif government under pressure and raising concerns over Pakistan’s global image.

The Shehbaz Sharif government in Pakistan has once again come under pressure after Saudi Arabia deported around 50,000 Pakistani beggars from the country.

It is widely known that thousands of Pakistanis travel abroad under the guise of seeking employment but are often caught begging, which has damaged Pakistan’s image at the international level. Due to this ongoing issue, Pakistan has faced repeated embarrassment globally.

According to reports, countries like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have witnessed a rising number of Pakistani nationals involved in begging. In response, Saudi Arabia alone has deported more than 56,000 Pakistani citizens back to their home country, intensifying criticism of the Pakistani government.
